1 General Principles and Applicability

heybaji is an online gaming and sports betting platform that offers Bangladeshi users a range of casino games, slots, live dealer games, and betting on cricket and other sports. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply equally to all services, products, and features provided through the heybaji platform.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement. When you create an account on heybaji, log in to the platform, or use any of its services, you agree to be bound by all provisions of these Terms. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, you are advised not to use the platform.

heybaji reserves the right to modify or update these Terms from time to time. Changes will take effect from the date they are published. 2 Eligibility and Registration Requirements

The following eligibility requirements must be met to create an account and use services on the heybaji platform:

2.1 Age Requirement

All casino and betting activities on heybaji are strictly reserved for individuals aged 21 and above. Any person who does not meet this age requirement is completely prohibited from creating an account, placing any kind of bet, or making financial transactions. heybaji may request identity documents for age verification at any time, and reserves the right to close any account where false information about age has been provided.

2.2 Registration Process

Each user may create only one account. During registration, you must provide accurate and complete information, including: your full name, an active mobile number, and your date of birth. Providing incorrect or misleading information may cause problems during account verification and can result in delays or refusal of withdrawals.

2.3 Account Verification

heybaji may request a national identity card, passport, or other official documents under a KYC (Know Your Customer) process when required. Certain features may be restricted until this verification process is completed. Refusing to submit documents or providing false documents may result in account closure.

3 Account Management and Security

3.1 Account Responsibility

The account is strictly for personal use and is non-transferable. It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. Allowing any third party to use your account is prohibited. The account may not be used to bet or play games on behalf of another person.

3.2 Password Security

You are advised to use a strong password containing a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters. If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your account, notify the heybaji support team immediately. heybaji will not be liable for any loss caused by unauthorised access resulting from the user's own negligence.

3.3 Multiple Account Prohibition

Operating multiple accounts from the same person or the same device is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and cancellation of any bonuses earned.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on heybaji is ৳200. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Sonali Bank, Janata Bank, Islami Bank, and other major banks). Each deposit goes through an automatic verification process before being credited to the account.

Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the user's name. Deposits from third parties are not accepted and may result in account closure.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. Funds will be returned to the same payment method used for the deposit. Account verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.

4.3 Transaction Conditions

heybaji maintains security measures in line with international standards to prevent money laundering. If suspicious financial activity is detected, the account may be temporarily suspended and additional verification documents may be requested.

5 Bonus and Promotional Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members may be eligible for a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000; the wagering requirement on that bonus is ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000.

Important terms regarding the bonus:

• The bonus amount cannot be withdrawn before completing wagering of 25 times the bonus.
• The wagering requirement must be met within the specified time limit after the bonus is credited.
• heybaji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel bonus offers at any time.
• If a bonus is misused or any attempt is made to exploit the system, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Each user is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.

5.2 VIP Cashback

The heybaji VIP programme has 5 levels — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Cashback is applied on weekly net losses according to level: up to 0.2% for Bronze, 0.4% for Silver, 0.6% for Gold, 0.8% for Platinum, and 1.0% for Diamond. For example, a Gold member with a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 will receive ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 cashback.

6 Gaming Rules and Fair Play Policy

6.1 Fair Play Commitment

heybaji uses certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology to ensure fair and transparent outcomes in all games. Every game result is completely random and is not influenced by any previous result.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game and betting market has its own minimum and maximum bet amounts, which are displayed during gameplay. heybaji reserves the right to set betting limits for any user.

6.3 Game Errors

heybaji reserves the right to cancel any payout that occurred due to a technical error or software fault in the operation of a game. In such cases, the affected bet amount will be returned to the user's account.

6.4 Sports Betting Rules

For cricket, football, and other sports betting, payouts are calculated based on the odds set at the time the bet was placed. If a match is cancelled or incomplete for any reason, bets will be settled in accordance with heybaji's rules.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the heybaji platform:

• Exploiting any vulnerability or flaw in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games or place bets.
• Using the platform for money laundering or other unlawful financial activities.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate the bonus system or gaming outcomes.
• Operating an account from a restricted region using a VPN or proxy.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in fraudulent activity towards other users.
• Using heybaji's name, logo, or brand identity without permission.

Involvement in any of the above prohibited activities will result in immediate account closure, possible forfeiture of deposited funds, and legal action where necessary.

8 Intellectual Property and Content Rights

All content on the heybaji platform — including logos, graphics, software, text, designs, and other elements — is protected under intellectual property law. Copying, modifying, distributing, or using this content for commercial purposes without permission is prohibited.

Content from third-party game providers (such as games from PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, Evolution, JILI, and others) remains under the intellectual property of the respective companies, and users may only use it for the purpose of playing the games.

9 Limitation of Liability

heybaji is committed to providing the highest quality service, but accepts no liability in the following situations:

• If a game or bet is affected by an internet disconnection or a problem with the user's device.
• For delays or errors caused by third-party service providers (payment gateways, game studios).
• If the service is temporarily unavailable due to unexpected technical issues or server maintenance.
• For losses arising from the user's account information being disclosed to a third party as a result of the user's own negligence.

10 Changes to Terms and Notice

heybaji reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified as far in advance as possible.

11 Account Closure and Suspension

11.1 Closure at User's Request

Any user may voluntarily request the closure of their account. All outstanding settlements on the account must be completed before the request is processed.

11.2 Closure by heybaji

heybaji may suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Evidence of involvement in prohibited activities.
• Providing false information or failing to submit verification documents.
• A self-exclusion request under the responsible gaming policy.
